Allow up 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping can take another 3-5 business days via Canada Post.

Need your order quick? Express Shipping takes 1-2 business day via Canada Post.
*Please note that Express Shipping means processing will be done in 1 business day.
*Orders made locally/regionally will take 1-2 business days to arrive to destination.
*Orders made after 11:00 AM (EST) will be shipped the next day.
*During the COVID-19 pandemic and the holiday season rush shipping can be longer even if you asked for Express Shipping. Please track your item. Contact Canadapost or email us for more information.

Pre-Orders:
Canada -
Pre-orders can take 7-10 business days before being ready for shipment or pick up. Allow 3-4 business days after the confirmation date.
United States -
Pre-orders can take up to 10 business days before being ready for shipment
Local Pickups:
Orders are available for pickup in Laval, Quebec. You will receive an email saying your order is ready for pick up.
It’s your responsibility to make an appointment for pick up.
